Students that have visited Atherton State High School have been involved in numerous school activities including school sports carnivals, outdoor education / recreational studies, ANZAC day parades (armed services commemoration), cattle-leading at local rural shows, catering and service at hospitality functions and many, many more.
Outside of school, our host families have offered experiences including rodeos, rainforest walks, visits to the Great Barrier Reef, the outback and many more unique North Queensland experiences.
