To develop this site into a model of sustainable agriculture with a focus on organic production with an emphasis on water and energy sustainability over a 5 to 10 year period.

We hope to have a demonstration permaculture site and buildings on site that provide their own energy with minimal outputs ie. rainwater only, solar / wind power, composting toilets.

Plans will be progressively developed over the next 6 months.
